Welcome to Villa Magnolia Guest House, a serene, adults-only boutique retreat nestled in the heart of Naramata, the crown jewel of Okanagan wine country. With just three exclusive suites, this pet-free oasis offers the perfect blend of tranquility and proximity to the area’s top attractions.
Located within a short, scenic walk from Naramata Village’s charming shops, General Store, and the beautiful shores of Lake Okanagan at Manitou Park Beach, Centre Beach, and Wharf Park Beach, Villa Magnolia is also steps away from seven local wineries. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, you’ll find Villa Magnolia ideally positioned for a getaway that suits your pace.
Each suite accommodates up to two guests, and to maintain our peaceful atmosphere, no additional visitors are permitted on the property. Villa Magnolia is a completely non-smoking property, indoors and out, and due to the high fire sensitivity of the region, we ask that guests refrain from any open flames, including on decks or in outdoor areas.

Frequent travellers themselves, Anna and Alan kept returning to the Okanagan, especially Naramata. There’s something irresistible about this area—the wineries, restaurants, beaches, and breathtaking lake views along the winding Naramata Road. Each season brings its own magic: spring’s vibrant vineyards and blossoming orchards, summer’s lush vines, fall’s harvest colours, and winter’s quiet snowfall over the hills. And of course, the view is always awe inspiring and never grows old.

Alan, former Vice-President and President of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, is a WSET-trained wine enthusiast, while Anna, an interior designer, thoughtfully crafted Villa Magnolia with guest comfort in mind.
