The Perch at Villa Magnolia, a luxurious suite designed for rest and relaxation amidst spectacular natural beauty. On the top floor of our Okanagan home which borders the famous Old Main Vineyard, your view is all vineyard, lake and mountains, in a west-facing location that gives you the gift of beautiful Okanagan sunsets each night.
This thoughtfully-appointed space exudes elegance, with designer touches throughout. The en-suite bathroom features marble floors and a sleek walk-in shower, while the spacious bedroom invites you to sink into a plush king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.
The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and all the plates/mugs/glasses/utensils you will need, along with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar/various sweeteners, and cream for your convenience. Everything you need to get you started in the morning for your day of wine touring, paddle boarding, hiking or just kicking back and taking in the amazing view. Cozy bathrobes and slippers add to your comfort, along with high end toiletries and a 32″ HDTV.
Step outside to your private deck, perfect for morning coffee; and at the end of a hard day of play, sit back and watch the sunset while enjoying a lovely glass of premium Okanagan wine.

Villa Magnolia is a self-catered, pet free, Adults-only Guest House (no persons under the age of 19 are allowed). Each suite accommodates a maximum of 2 people. ***PLEASE NOTE that because Villa Magnolia Guest House is not a vacation rental, each suite has a maximum two person occupancy, and we cannot accept bookings of four or six people together in multiple suites involving The Nest suite.
